Na jeden chlieb potrebujeme:

3 šálky hladkej bielej múky

1 lyžičku suchého droždia

1 - 2 lyžičky soli

Trochu rasce a ďumbiera, ak máte a chcete

1 a 1/2 šálky obyčajnej studenej vody<
